About Us

First, read OUR STORY….For many Nigerians abroad, knowledge about building project is limited. More often than not, Nigerians abroad tend to depend solely on relatives, friends and loved ones for the execution of their building projects. Which, in my opinion, is the ideal and natural thing to do in such circumstance.

However, hard earned money has gone down the drain as a result of over dependency. Money entrusted to these people due to their closeness are often times misappropriated and the painful part is, especially in Africa, family ties usually prevent us from taking legal actions against our family members.

The story of a teenager who travelled abroad in search of greener pasture will suffice in elucidating the situation. ITOHAN was 17 years old when she left Nigeria in search of a better future overseas. Though it was not in her place to improve the wellbeing of her family, she felt obliged to contribute to making the future better for herself and her family members. Seven years later, Itohan’s parents and siblings are now living comfortably; some in good high school while others have graduated from university – courtesy Itohan.

After seven years of hard work, Itohan decided to embark on a building project as a way of investing her life savings and also to ensure that her family back home are no longer living in a rented apartment. She contacted her parents to assist her in executing the proposed project. To cut the long story short, Itohan was told that her proposed four flat storey building project (three bedroom flat each), after so much delay, was finally ready. Full of hope and excitement, Itohan decided to pay a surprise visit to her father land; this was the first time she was coming back home after nine years of her departure.

After five days of her arrival in Nigeria, Itohan could not understand why her parents are tactically avoiding her request to see her building that was supposedly completed. After so much pressure, the parents decided to open up to her on the true state of work on the proposed building project. Full of shock and despair, she requested to be taken to the site, if at all it existed. On getting to a site, her parents showed her a building that was still on the foundation stage; meaning all the progress pictures sent to her were that of a nearby ongoing similar building project.

Itohan wept and lamented for days. She eventually went back abroad after three days and vow never to forgive them for the evil act they did to repay her kindness. This is one in a thousand sad incidents encountered by so many people living abroad whenever they attempt to execute building project back home. Itohan was lucky that she did not go insane or critically depressed as a result of the horrible shock. Unlike a recent video post on social media of a lady going insane because of a related story.
